These terms apply to this website and to services provided by Hernandez Paquin Landscaping ("we", "us"). By using this website or booking a service, you agree to them.

Estimates

• Estimates are free and come with no obligation to book.
• Sending a request through this website does not create a contract. Work is booked only after we confirm the price and schedule with you.
• An estimate is based on what we see during the walk-through. If the job changes, such as added areas or conditions we couldn't see, we will tell you the new price before doing the extra work.

Scheduling and weather

• We work Monday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
• Outdoor work depends on the weather. If rain or unsafe conditions delay a visit, we will reschedule as soon as we can.
• Please give us access to the areas we're working on, and let us know about pets, locked gates, sprinkler heads, and anything fragile in the yard.

Payment

We do not take payments through this website. Price and payment terms are agreed with you directly when you book.

Cancelling or changing a visit

You can cancel or reschedule a visit, or stop a recurring service, by calling or emailing us. Please give us as much notice as you can, ideally at least 24 hours.

Refund policy

• If you're not happy with a visit, tell us within 7 days. We will come back and fix the problem at no extra charge.
• If we can't fix it, we will refund what you paid for that part of the work.
• If you paid in advance for a service we have not yet done and you cancel, we will refund that payment in full.
• Work that has been completed as agreed, and materials already delivered or installed (such as mulch), are not refundable.

Using this website

• The information here describes our services in general. Details, availability, and pricing are confirmed when you book.
• The text, logo, and photos on this website belong to Hernandez Paquin Landscaping. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
• Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Liability

We do our work with care. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for damage caused by conditions we were not told about, such as unmarked sprinkler lines, buried cables, or hidden objects in the lawn. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law.

Privacy

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
